I recently went through the process of finding someone to manage our Google Grants and got A LOT of applicants from a single post on LinkedIn which was a little intimidating. Ultimately I relied on three questions:
- Do they have experience in my industry?
- Who were their previous clients/could they share any testimonies?
- Did I see myself getting along with them? (because Google Grants requires a sustained long-term commitment to really get them working for you!)
