I hope you are doing well I am benchmarking on mass marketing communication tools. We are looking for a new tool and are gathering initial tools.
- What mass communications marketing tool you use? For example:(Mailchimp, ConstantContact, BBIS etc.
- Who sends the mass emails, for example, Annual Giving, Communications, IT
- Is annual giving flexible to send solicitations or stewardship pieces when they plan?

1. We use BlackBaud CRM (BBCRM).
2. The Annual Giving department sends all annual giving emails, and the client solutions team in the advancement services department sends the emails for the non-fundraising focused departments.
3. Yes, annual giving has the flexibility to send appeals as we need to. And our communications plan lives on the marketing calendar within BBCRM.
