Two Assistant Directors of Leadership Annual Giving for the schools of nursing and social service and for the Rome School of Music, Drama and Art, are sought to join our cohort of leadership annual giving officers.  They will participate in an innovative, comprehensive mentoring & training program and be responsible for building the pipeline of annual fund donors in the schools. 

 

The Director of Annual Giving – This person would manage the logistics and execution of the annual giving program, carry a portfolio of high-value prospects, have dotted line authority for several entry-level annual giving officers, and manage a few staff members who oversee the 1887 Society, a recognition society for annual giving donors above $5k. 
 
The Senior Associate Director, Leadership Annual Giving – This person would primarily manage the 1887 Society, in charge of expansion and renewals, would also carry an individual portfolio, and would manage a bi-annual “1887 Society weekend”, a weekend of programming in DC to celebrate the members of the society. This role would manage the activities of an Advancement Coordinator who manages fulfillment for 1887 Society.
