🔍 What’s the Role?
– A pivotal member of the Philanthropy Office, committed to enriching children’s lives.
– Leading major gifts – from identification and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship.
– Collaborating to initiate annual campaigns and design major donor events.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For?
– Professionals with at least 5 years in major gift fundraising.
– Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM or similar platforms.
– A positive, team-player attitude, and the enthusiasm to mentor and uplift the team.
– Willingness to travel
🎓 Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree, with a preference for an Advanced Degree.
– Experience in healthcare fundraising? That’s a plus!
– Supervisory know-how and CFRE accreditation? Even better!
