Mailmerge excel sheet to word
Question: when doing a mail merge and you’re getting ready to send the letter to the emails through outlook- do you know why it’s pulling the email with quotation marks?
Thanks Laraja. Can you share a link to a version of the excel and word doc that you have set up? It could be a number of things. In general, the “format” of things in Excel doesn’t carry over to Word when you do a mailmerge.

Both my word and excel are the 2016 version. I’m not sure it has anything to do with the word doc because it pulls the person name and address. But when I click the button to send the email via outlook it pulls the email but it pulls it like: ‘email@gmail.com’ with the quotations
